Boasting four state of the art vacuum thermoformers, Balform has the capacity to mould sheets of up to 1500mm x 1000mm with a draw depth of 620mm and following our recent addition, Balform now has five Maka 5 axis CNC Routers with bed sizes of up to 3500mm x 2000mm x 650mm, so almost no job is too large...

Our off line CAD programming facility can take models direct from our customers, and quickly turn these into tooling, fixture's or trimmed plastic components. This ensures total accuracy and a quick response times.
